Eco Cove House is an elegant vacation home located on a 117 acre wildlife sanctuary adjacent
to the Pisgah National Forest in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

Our sanctuary is a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat and includes an acre
pond overlooked by a picnic pavilion. The seclusion of the 1500 square foot house offers a
romantic getaway for reconnecting with nature in peaceful ambiance.  Meadows and forests
offer nature at its best and most beautiful.

Comfortable in a fully furnished home…

Eco-Cove House has a spacious living room with a gas log stone fireplace, Satellite
TV/VCR/DVD players, and stereo system.  Adjoining the living room is a formal dining room.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, full walk-in closet, and private bath that includes a
four person Jacuzzi-style hot-tub and a glass shower.

The full service kitchen includes all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans,
kitchen utensils and dishes.

The breakfast nook's bay window overlooks the forest, and the adjacent den offers a day bed
which sleeps two in our wild animal jungle theme room.  It is complemented with another half

The gentle lull of our creek alongside the house makes the swing, slide and wicker furniture on
the fifty foot long porch a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful afternoon in this secluded forest
home.  Glass brick, skylights, and sliding glass doors abound.  Central heat/AC and ceiling fans
provide constant comfort.  The house is available for weekly rental year-round.

The state-maintained road is only ½ mile to Highway 70 and 5 minutes from restaurants,
grocery stores, pubs and a movie house in downtown Marion.  Old Fort is 5 minutes west of us,
offering a museum, train station, geyser, and Davidson’s Fort, a 1700 replica with American
Revolution reenactment events.  Waterfalls are less than a 10 minute drive from your door!

We  are centrally located from all major mountain destinations and festivals: 30 minutes from
Asheville, 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway or local vineyards; 45 minutes from
Biltmore House, Little
Switzerland, and Lake Lure; 1 hour from Hickory Furniture Mart, Grandfather Mountain and
major ski resorts.
