Eco Cove House is an elegant vacation home located on a 117 acre wildlife sanctuary adjacent
to the Pisgah National Forest in the mountains of Western North Carolina, 30 minutes from
Asheville.  It is centrally located from all major mountain destinations and festivals: 20 minutes
from the Blue Ridge Parkway or local vineyards; 45 minutes from Biltmore House, Little
Switzerland, and Lake Lure; 1 hour from Hickory Furniture Mart, Grandfather Mountain and the
major ski resorts.  Old Fort, which offers clogging and fiddling at Friday Night Mountain Music, is
just 5 minutes away.  Waterfalls are less than a 10 minute drive from your door!

Eco Cove is a  National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat.  The preserve consisting of
the owner's cabin, Eco Cove House, and an acre pond overlooked by a picnic pavilion.  Enjoy a
private hike through our lush cove forest, with gurgling  small waterfalls and a wide variety of
wildflowers.  The seclusion of the home offers a romantic getaway for reconnecting with nature,
simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance of a vacation of rest and relaxation.  However, it is an
easy half-mile drive on a state-maintained road  to Highway 70, and only 5 minutes away from
restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Marion.
Eco-Cove House, a 1500 square foot 2 bedroom home, has a spacious living room with a gas
log stone  fireplace, Satellite TV/VCR/DVD player,  and stereo system.  Adjoining the living room
is a formal dining room.

The  master bedroom offers a king size bed, full walk-in closet, and private bath that includes a
four person hot-tub.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and its bathroom is directly across
the hall.

The full service kitchen includes all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans,
kitchen utensils and dishes.  The breakfast nook's bay window overlooks the forest, and the
adjoining den offers a day bed that pulls out to sleep two in our wild animal room!  It is
complemented with another half bath decorated in the same jungle theme.  A washer and dryer
adjoin in this area.

Linens are provided.  The gentle lull of the creek alongside the house makes the swing, slide
and wicker furniture on the fifty foot long porch a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful afternoon in
this secluded forest home.  Glass brick, skylights,  and sliding glass doors abound.  Central heat
and air and ceiling fans provide constant comfort.  The house is available for weekly rental
year-round.
