Eco Cove Rental Rates

RATES:
$800.00 per week for 2      plus local and state taxes
$1200.00 per week for 4
$1600.00 per week for 6

$400.00 security deposit

Use of the pavilion, pond, or grounds for events (such as reunions or parties that include
non-registered guests) are subject to a separate event fee. Call for quotes and information. All
of Eco Cove Wildlife preserve is non-smoking and does not allow pets access. Thank you.

One-half of the weekly rate and security deposit are due to reserve booking, payable by money order or check. Balance is due in
cash or traveler's checks upon arrival. No personal checks, please, for final payment. 30 day cancellation policy for full refund.
Check in 3pm. Check out 12pm. Weekly rentals (only) begin on Saturday.

Use of the pavilion, pond, canoe, floats, etc is included; however, Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the
property, and clean-up of the picnic pavilion is inherent in its usage.

Directions: Interstate 40 West, exit 86 North (right turn). This is HWY221/226. Travel 6.2 miles to Hwy 70. Left on Hwy 70 4 miles
to Liberty Church Road. Turn right. Follow it to the end (1/2 mile).

Interstate 40 East, exit 72 (HWY 70) straight ahead 7 1/2 miles. Liberty Church road is the next after the yellow flashing light, on
your left.
